Square One is not just any gym - we are an independently owned, family-oriented fitness centre. We are passionate about helping our community members reach their personal health and fitness goals while fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
Our founders extensive background in wrestling enabled him to put a unique spin on our gym set up and add a needed focus on complete wellness, including the often overlooked recovery element to training. Combining his passion for strongman competitions and career in wrestling, Square One offers a range of unique training facilities that are not available in your high street gyms. The gym has been developed to a standard good enough for professional athletes but open and accessible to all!
Driven by a vision to create a facility built by the people for the people. Today, Square One has become a place where everyone feels welcome and comfortable. A non-judgemental environment where elitist attitudes stay at the door and friendships begin and blossom inside.
