Terms & Conditions at Square One Gym

2. Membership

Membership is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. All memberships are non-transferable.
Members must provide accurate information during registration and inform us of any changes.
Membership fees are due in advance and must be paid on time to maintain access to facilities.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Members may cancel their membership at any time, giving 30 days notice.
There are no refunds for unused membership periods.

4. Use of Facilities

Members must adhere to gym etiquette, including cleanliness, equipment usage, and respect for other members.
Appropriate gym attire must be worn at all times.
Members are responsible for their belongings and should not leave valuables unattended. Lockable lockers are available, with use of your own padlock.
Lockers should not be left in-use overnight for health and safety.

5. Health and Safety

Members must submit a Physical Assessment Readiness Questionnaire form before using gym facilities.
It is advisable to consult a doctor before starting any exercise program.
Square One Gym reserves the right to refuse access to anyone deemed unfit to use the facilities.

6. Liability

Square One Gym is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property while on the premises, except as required by law.
Members participate in activities at their own risk and should fully understand the risks involved before beginning an activity.

7. Conduct

Any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination towards staff or members or other members will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership.

8. Changes to Terms

Square One Gym reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
