What is Hyrox?

Hyrox is an indoor fitness race: 8 x 1km runs combined with 8 functional workout stations (SkiErg, sled push/pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls). It's for all fitness levels.

How long does Hyrox preparation take?

Most athletes prepare for 8–16 weeks depending on current fitness. Our coaches will assess where you are and build a realistic race plan.

Do you have the equipment needed to train for Hyrox?

Yes — we have SkiErgs, rowing machines, sleds, and all the functional equipment needed for race-specific training.
